คือ ตอนนี้ได้ทำการลองปรับตั้งรอบเดินเบา ตามวิธีของ ช่างเทพ แล้วครับ
มีปัญหาตามนี้ครับ

รอบเครื่อง ณ ปัจจุบัน ไม่เปิดแอร์ อยู่ที่ 700
1. ผมถอดปลั๊ก AAC Valve
2. คลายน็อต TPS Sensor ลองเคาะตามเข็มเบาๆไปเรื่อยๆ รอบเครื่องไม่สูงขึ้นแต่อย่างใด ลองเคาะทวนเข็มเบาๆไปเรื่อยๆ รอบเครื่องก็ไม่เปลี่ยนแปลงแต่อย่างใด
3. ลองบิดทวนเข็มแบบทีเดียวสุด รอบเครื่องมีอาการ สูงขึ้น แป๊บนึงแล้วตกลงมาเท่าเดิม ต้องบิดแบบนี้อะครับ ถึงจะเห็นว่า รอบมีนสูง แต่ก้สูงแป๊บเดียวครับ

จนตอนนี้ตั้งแล้ว รอบตอนเปิดแอร์ อยู่ที่ 600 อะครับ ลองเสียบ ปล๊ก AAC กลับ ก็อยู่ที่ 600 เหมือนเดิมครับ

สรุป 1. ถ้าเคาะเบาๆ ทั้งตาม ทั้งทวน ไม่เห็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงของรอบเครื่อง
     2. ถ้าหมุน TPS ตามเข็มแบบทีเดียวสุด รอบเครื่องขึ้นแป๊บนึง แล้วกลับมาต่ำปกติ

อาการแบบนี้ TPS Sensor ผมมีปัญหาหรือเปล่าครับ ขอบคุณครับ

อีกนิดครับ
1. Air regulator มีไว้เพื่ออะไรครับ เสียได้มั้ย ถ้าเสียแล้วอาการเป็นอย่างไร
2. A31 มี oil regulator มั้ย ถ้ามีมันอยู่ตรงไหน ใ่ช่ตรงตัวถังโช้คฝั่งขวาหรือเปล่า ที่เห็นเหมือนเป็นถ้วยๆ อะครับ

งั้น อย่างที่ 1  เช็คไฟเลี้ยงชุด AAC วาล์ว ว่ามีไฟเลี้ยง 12 โวล์ท มารอไหม

 ถ้าไม่มี ให้ซ่อมแซมสายไฟ

ถ้ามี  ให้ทดสอบตัว AAC วาล์ว  โดยป้อนไฟตรง 12 โวล์ท เข้าไปที่ขั้วข้างนึง อีกข้างต่อกราว  ถ้ารอบเดินสูงขึ้น แปลว่าตัวเดินเบาไม่เสีย

แต่ถ้าไม่สูงขึ้น โซลินอย อาจจะเสีย หรือวาล์วลมมีการติดขัด


ต่อมาเช็ค Idle contact ของ ชุด เซนเซอร์ลิ้น  โดยวัดความต่อเนื่อง ของขั้วเซนเซอร์  อันนี้วัดจากตัว ที่ขั้วมันติดกับตัวเลย 

ทำการวัด โดยวัดความต่อเนื่องของขั้วบนสุด กับขั้วกลาง     เมื่อบิดทวนเข็ ตามเข็ม  จะมีความเปลี่ยนแปลงดังนี้

ทวนเข็มสุด จะเป็น Idle contact   ความต่อเนื่องของเซนเซอร์จะต่อเนื่องกัน  พอหมุนตามเข็มไปจนถึงจุดๆนึง ความต่อเนื่องจะหายไป  เมื่อถึงจุดนี้

ให้ปรับกลับไปที่ idle contact หรือต่อเนื่องกันนั่นเอง เป็นอันเสร็จพิธี 

ถ้าไม่เกิดอะไรขึ้นเลย เซนเซอร์เสีย  แต่ถ้าถึงแล้วใช้งานไม่ได้ หรือไม่แตกต่าง อาจจะต้องเช็คละเอียดอีกทีละครับ
