หัวข้อ: รบกวนครับ รถมีปัญหามาหลายปีแล้วครับ

เรื่องของเรื่องคือ ผมไปติดแก๊สระบบดูดเมื่อประมาณ 6 ปีที่แล้ว วาง mixer หลัง air flow รอบเครื่องไม่เปิดแอร์ อยู่ที่ 900 เปิดแอร์อยู่ 500-600
ตอนติดใหม่ๆ เป็นปกติครับ มาช่วย 2 ปีที่แล้ว มีปัญหากับรอบเดินเบาดังนี้ครับ

ตอนเป็นน้ำมัน
1. ตอนเครื่องเย็๋น start น้ำมัน ไม่เปิดแอร์ รอบเครื่องวิ่งไปที่ประมาณสูงกว่า 1,ุ500 rpm + 200 แล้วซักพักลดเหลือ ซัก 1,300 หรือ 1,400
2. เปิดแอรฺ์ รอบลงมาที่ 1,000 แอร์ไม่ตัด พอตัด ลดมาประมาณ 7-800 ครับ
3. พอปิดแอร์ รอบวิ่งไปที่ 1,400 - 1,500 rpm
4. ตอนเดินเบา ที่รอบประมาณ พันหนึ่งร้อยขึ้น รถจะมีอาการสั่นเล็กน้อย ไม่เป็นจังหวะ และไม่ถี่ติดต่อกัน ลักษณะเป็นลูกๆอะครับ แต่ถ้ารอบไม่เกินพัน หรือไม่เกินพันหนึ่ง จะนิ่งครับ
5. สกรูที่ ACC มันเข้าไปสุดแล้วครับ ลองคลายออกมา รอบก็จะสูงขึ้นอีกครับ แต่เมื่อขันเข้าสุดแล้วรอบจะอยู่ที่ 1,400 - 1,500 ครับ (ไม่เปิดแอร์)

ตอนเป็นแก๊ส
1. หลังจากปรับเป็นแก๊ส แบบไม่เปิดแอร์ รอบจะเท่าๆกับน้ำมันครับ อาการเหมือนกันเลย

ปัญหาอยู่ตรงนี้ครับ เป็นหลังจากเปิดแอร์ล้วนๆ
2. หลังจากเปิดแอร์ รอบจะตกมา 1,000 เหมือนน้ำมัน ตอนแอร์ไม่ตัด พอแอร์ตัด รอบจะตกลงมาที่ 6-700 ซักพักจะตกมา 500 แล้วจะสวิงเล็กน้อย แล้วจะตกลงเรื่อยๆจนดับ ต้องเหยียบคันเร่งเลี้ยงตลอด ไม่ก็ปิดแอร์ให้รอบมันขึ้นครับ หรือถ้าแิอร์มันตัดอีกครับ รอบจะอยู่ 1,000 พันนึงครับ มี 3 วิธีที่จะทำให้ไม่ดับแค่นี้อะครับ
3. ลองปรับจูนใหม่ให้รอบมันนิ่ง ไม่แกว่ง แต่พอขับออกไปได้ ซํกพัก มันก็เป็นเหมือนเดิมครับ ช่างก็แก้ไม่ได้ ได้แต่แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า กล่าวคือถ้ารถอยู่ในสภาพเกียร์ว่่าง รอบจะตกลงจนดับครับ เช่น ถ้าจอดรถเข้าเกียร์ว่าง อาการจะเป็นเหมือนข้อ 2 ครับ แต่ถ้ารถวิ่ง แล้วผมเหยียบครัช รอบจะร่วงลงจน ถ้าไม่ถอนครัช ก็จะดับครับ ดังนั้นเวลา เข้าเกียร์ว่าง จะต้องเหยียบคันเร่งตลอด


สิ่งที่อยากแก้ก็คือ
1. ทำให้รอบเวลาไม่เปิดแอร์ ลงมาอยู่ในระดับปกติ
2. ทำให้รอบเวลาเปิดแอร์ แล้วใช้แก๊ส นิ่งเหมือนน้ำมัน

สิ่งที่สงสัย
1. ACC ผมเจ๊งหรือเปล่้า (สงสัยครับ แต่เวลาเปิดแอร์มันก็ลง)
2. ปัญหาเรื่องเปิดแอร์เวลาเป็นแก๊ส เกี่ยวกับตำแหน่งการวางปาก mixer หรือไม่ ตอนนี้วางหลังแอร์โฟ ถ้าเอาไปวางหน้าแอร์โฟจะเป็นยังไงครับ ดีกว่าหรือไม่

กำลังจะตัดสินใจวางปาก mix หน้าแอร์โฟล์ครับ แต่กลัวทำแล้วไม่หาย จะกลายเป็นเสียเงินเปล่า

ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมครับ จำได้ว่า(ถ้าจำไม่ผิด) เคยถอดปลั๊กที่ติดกับ ACC ออก
เครื่องเหมือนจะวอดๆ เหมือนๆจะดับเลยครับ แต่ก่อนที่มันจะดับ เสียบปลั๊กกลับ มันก็รอบสูงเหมือนเดิมครับ (ถอดตอนปิดแอร์ แล้วเป็นโหมดน้ำมันนะครับ)

อย่างแรก  ลองหากระทู้ปรับตั้งเซนเซอร์ลิ้นปีกผีเสื้อ ครับ ผมเคยลงไว้ ตำแหน่งคันเร่งผิด

อย่างที่สอง  การเลือกตำแหน่งมิกเซอร์  ยากพอสมควรเลย  ถ้าเอาเนียนจริงๆ ควรจะต้องเดินท่อหน้าลิ้นปีกผีเสื้อกันใหม่ เพื่อเลือกตำแหน่งมิกเซอร์และท่อเดินเบาได้ถูกต้อง

การย้ายมิกไว้หน้าแอร์โฟลว ไม่ทำให้เกิดผลดีขึ้นแน่นอนครับ
